Cooking

Cooking can be a great way to spark creativity. Trying new ingredients with a recipe is a form of creativity. It does take some knowledge of cooking in order for creativity to show. The recipe is not the only thong that is creative about cooking. Cooking a frozen pizza does not involve a lot of creativity but turning that pizza into something of your own then cooking it, that does involve creativity. The way that you present your meal can be creative, even the way you eat your meal can be creative. The are different ways that the food can be served and different types of items that food can be served on. Many chefs consider creativity to be the most important ingredient to cooking. I think that cooking with set ingredients is like tracing a piece of art work, not that there is anything wrong with that. I just don't think that it is creative.

The Office

The Office is a television show that airs on NBC. It is a show that depicts the everyday lives of office employees in the Scranton, Pennsylvania. The company that the employers work for is Dunder Mifflin Paper Company. In my opinion writing the script for this show involves a lot of creativity. The writers constantly think of new and hilarious ideas to keep their audience attracted to the show. The comedy in the show is what keeps me watching and to keep thinking of new jokes for the show takes a lot of creativity. A script is written for each episode of The Office however, actors are given a chance to improvise during the shooting of some scenes. Improv is not easy and it takes a great deal of training. I find things to be more funny when they are thought of on the spot. The success of the show depends on the creativity of the writers so they are forced to be creative.

School Uniforms

Whether or not schools uniforms you should be worn has be a debate for some time now. Growing up I always had to wear a uniform. Some people think school uniforms will do nothing but cut down on a students individuality. Others think that if would help kids who's parents would not or could not buy them the newest fad, they would not be embarrassed or harassed because of their clothes. School Uniforms are expensive and have no use out side of school. School is also the place where the next actors, writers, artists, politicians, inventors, designers and and musicians are trained. Some people think that school uniforms send a message to students that conformity is important and creativity is not, that is constrains our constitutional right to free speech and expression. Students are regularly suspended for not complying with the uniform code even if their school work is excellent. I didn't mind wearing uniforms because I didn't have to decide what to wear in the morning.

Soccer

Soccer is played all around the world. It is known as the "beautiful game". There no set plays like in basketball or football. The game depends upon the creativity of the players. In order to become creative in the game of soccer it is important to develop the skills needed. Things such as ball control and seeing the field are good qualities to have in order to create on the field. Practice and experience is also important. The help of other teammates around you also influence your creativity. There is not one specific way to score goals. Every team has different formations and different styles of playing. Constantly strive to explore new ideas and ways of thinking about the game.

John Mayer

I found this video on John Mayer's website. It is a similar video to my other blog video on Girl Talk. He walks through the process of his recording sessions. It is different from Girl Talk because he actually creates his music by playing guitar and singing. John Mayer plays many different styles of music so he attracts a wide variety of fans. I saw him concert a few years ago but his style has drastically changed since then. He has become a great musicians and artist since then. His improvisation on stage was amazing and it has only gotten better. His creativness is shown in all of his music. He has played songs with anyone from Kanye West to B.B. King. If you are able to play music with musicians from such different styles you have to be pretty creative.

Nike

Nike is a company that is known world wide. One of the main reason for that is because of the creative and innovated ideas that the designers are constantly forced to think of. Creativity is what keeps Nike on top. As the vice-president of Nike John Hoke' s job is to inspire ideas, promote creativity, and try to control the often messy design process that has helped set Nike apart from its peers.Nike's strategy to achieve their goal of diversity is:

• cultivate diversity and inclusion to develop world-class, high-performing teams
• ignite change and inspire critical conversations around diversity, inclusion and innovation
• create venues and environments for open dialogue, diverse opinions and a multitude of perspectives

Nike has a diversity and inclusion team to help achieve these goal. Nike designs any thing from shoes, clothing, cleats, and uniforms. Nike is very big in the sports world. They constantly designing new uniforms and cleats to help suit the needs of the athletes.

Little Big Planet

In Little Big Planet, players control small characters nicknamed Sackboy or Sack Girl. Each character can run and jump, as well as hang onto and drag orpush objects. Players can use these abilities in different ways: to play and explore the environments that come with the game, which feature platforming elements such as jumping, pushing, grabbing and running. Players are able to create their own content, such as simply placing stickers into levels, as well as using the level editor to create or edit levels. These creations are able to be shared by publishing items such as levels and objects with the online community. It is possible to play these creations online with others. The game initially starts with Play mode which walks you through some tutorials so you are able to perform the basics. Once this is completed the player can play any part of the game. The player can customize their characters in many different ways. The are able to select a base color and texture for their Sackboy. There are range of materials and designs.
